The mission of the Association for Spiritual Integrity℠ (ASI) is to foster the fundamental role of strong ethical principles in the ongoing development of spiritual leaders and communities.
The ASI is a voluntary, inclusive, international organization of spiritual leaders, teachers and guides.
Membership is open to anyone in a position of spiritual leadership who agrees to abide by the ASI Honor Code of Ethics and Good Practice.

ASI Annual Impact Report 2024

We are pleased to share the Association for Spiritual Integrity’s 2024 Annual Report, which highlights the collective efforts and achievements that have defined this year. Thanks to the dedication of our volunteers, team members, and supporters, we’ve made significant progress in our mission to strengthen ethical leadership within the spiritual community.

One of the most exciting highlights is the growth of our membership. In 2024, more than 155 spiritual leaders and 22 organizations joined ASI, bringing our total membership to over 790—all without any external marketing. This remarkable response speaks to the growing recognition of the importance of ethics in spiritual leadership and the resonance of ASI’s mission.

As you read through this report, we hope you’ll celebrate with us the milestones we’ve achieved and the new initiatives we have planned for 2025. Together, we are shaping a new standard of integrity in spiritual leadership, and we are deeply grateful for your continued support in this important work.

Join us for an engaging community meeting focused on the intersection of spiritual teaching and financial compensation.
 
Many spiritual teachers and guides grapple with the challenge of providing valuable guidance while ensuring their financial needs are met. This meeting aims to foster an open dialogue about best practices for financial compensation in spiritual teaching/guidance, and identify pitfalls to avoid.
 
 During this session, we will:
– Explore ethical considerations around charging for spiritual services.
– Discuss various compensation models, including donation-based, fees or the sacred economics model.
-Share success stories and effective strategies with each other drawing from our experiences as professional spiritual leaders.
-Discuss practices that can lead to misunderstandings or mistrust within the community.
 
 Whether you are a seasoned spiritual leader, a newcomer to the field, or someone interested in spiritual practices, this meeting invites you to contribute your thoughts and experiences. Together, we can develop a framework that respects the value of spiritual work while promoting ethical financial sustainability. Join us to connect, learn, and collaborate!
 
The meeting will be lightly facilitated by ASI advisor, Kimberley Lafferty.
